Special Message for Medicare-Eligible Participants:
Aetna Medicare recently mailed the 2009 Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) to retirees and employees on LTD enrolled in one of the Aetna Medicare plans. These mailings are required by the Centers for Medicare Services (CMS) and indicate that the benefit plan designs for 2009 are not yet final. Please be advised that your 2009 Annual Enrollment materials are final, as outlined in the annual enrollment materials that you received in the mail and as displayed on the Your Benefits Resources (YBR) enrollment website at www.ybr.com/aetna.
